FP2 is an advocate for pavement preservation and helps stakeholders spread the word about the benefits of pavement preservation.
We educate elected officials on Capitol Hill and in their own states or districts about the value of pavement preservation.
We support and help set up local visits of elected officials to preservation job sites, to local manufacturing plants, and materials providers to help them learn about the impact of spending of pavement preservation at a very basic level.
FP2 and its supporters are a resource to Congress and the administration on the importance of pavement preservation for improving the quality – and extending the life – of our surface transportation networks.
We coordinate with other stakeholders in the surface transportation community, expanding our reach and voice in Washington.
We work with Congressional committees, FHWA, AASHTO and state DOTs to enhance preservation programs.
